I will make it short this time:
Google didn’t confirm my click-fraud, because I didn’t engage in any. Google just confirmed that someone engaged in click-fraud (and if Frank is not stupid, he can find out who it was using his webserver logs).
I did not admit to using a pirated copy of Frank’s program. I have never even seen it running. I have once commented on a game that Frank has shown on his website and, months later, Frank asked how I got his program, to which I responded that there were many possibilities (making fun of his question which was put in a totally wrong way, assuming that I somehow had to get his program).
